Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your helpslit Account within sixty (60) seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the banking institution's processing schedule. helpslit is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking infrastructure, or network conditions outside helpslit's direct control.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name that match your helpslit Account registration details. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. helpslit reserves the right to return deposits received from unverified or mismatched payment sources and to request supporting documentation before crediting any deposit to a User's Account.
Withdrawals may only be made from your Real Money Balance. Bonus Funds that have not completed applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Prior to processing any withdrawal, helpslit may require completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will not be processed if your Account is under review, suspended, or if any open dispute remains unresolved.

helpslit's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on helpslit in the ninety (90) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
helpslit does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. helpslit makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content on the Platform.

Where changes are material, helpslit will provide advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on helpslit.org with a revised effective date.
